Please note, KD Boutique is a small business, therefore we will only be offering *exchanges/store credit* on all orders. We will need for you to notify us within 72 hours from the day the item(s) are received with any issues and to request an exchange. Please email email@example.com and include your order number. All item(s) need to be returned within 5 days from the day they hit your mailbox, in new, unused condition, with tags on and in their original packaging, to qualify for an exchange. Allow at least 7 business days to process your exchange once the package is received. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note All KD items are handmade and cut to order, on all KD exclusive items fabric placement will differ from item to item. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages via any delivery service. If package is showing delivered and did not received the package please contact the delivery provider. NO return/exchanges will be offered on sale items, no exceptions.
